Sasol is an international, publicly traded energy and chemical company headquartered in South Africa with more than 35,000 employees in 37 countries. Sasol selected Louisiana to be the home of one of its new facilities in the United States. The company faced an enormous staffing challenge that was compounded by its low name recognition. FUSESENSE took on the challenge of enhancing the Sasol brand value in Louisiana and securing qualified applicants needed to fill more than 1,200 positions.
