Sasol is an international, publicly traded energy and chemical company headquartered in South Africa with more than 35,000 employees in 37 countries. Sasol selected Louisiana to be the home of one of its new facilities in the United States. The company faced an enormous staffing challenge that was compounded by its low name recognition. FUSESENSE took on the challenge of enhancing the Sasol brand value in Louisiana and securing qualified applicants needed to fill more than 1,200 positions.

FUSESENSE set out to tell the Sasol story and help create a simple way for locals and others to hear it. A dedicated Sasol careers website was developed to ensure the community and job candidates could learn about Sasol and all of the benefits the company had to offer.
The site gave prominence to dedicated videos about Sasol and the area in southwest Louisiana where the facility was being created. The use of colorful and vibrant sound, motion and copy helped to tell the story and attract potential job candidates.

An intricate job finder application was also built into the site, providing ease of access to job opportunities.
