PacTec is a manufacturer of packaging solutions for hazardous, radioactive and nuclear waste industries with a presence in the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan and the Philippines. Innovative customer service is a top priority for PacTec; however, its team was struggling with how to take that thinking to the next level. FUSESENSE was hired to help evaluate its rapid growth model and promote keeping customer service a core value.
FUSE reviewed all of PacTec’s online capabilities and current touch points as well as its sales and servicing process. We determined PacTec needed a revamp of the current website to allow for a more seamless transition into all of the required languages needed for doing commerce in various countries.
Streamlining the sales and service inquiry process was vital. We created a custom mobile phone application to simplify processes and make information accessible to employees.
Locating the nearest PacTec sales representative based on location was intuitive to the consumer and simple.
Receiving a quote in a matter of seconds was a primary goal and helpful for this fast-paced industry.
Social media integration to expand messaging was a key to furthering communications to its primary targets.
