Baton Rouge Area Chamber (BRAC) positions itself as an organization writing a bold new chapter in the success story of the region and leading the way in the quest for growth and expansion. BRAC’s signature community engagement event, Around The Table, was created to shine a light on Baton Rouge as a progressive city and FUSE was brought in to bring the event to life.
The event gathered the next generation of difference makers in a unique networking environment - the homes of current city leaders. FUSE used that premise at the foundation of a marketing campaign designed to make new comers feel welcome and comfortable. Using the idea of connecting the dots, FUSE was able to relate a simple concept in a visually appealing and relatable style.

Traditional connect the dot drawings are associated with the peace and joy of childhood. FUSE connected those emotions to the event and added a modern touch through the design.
A Social Affair
FUSE wanted to create some genuine personality around the event by showcasing some of the hosts. We used inside peek into these hosts’ homes to create excitement for the big night. We also utilized quotes from previous hosts and attendees to highlight the benefits of participation. Live tweeting and posting throughout the night of the event and after party increased the event visibility and relevance.
FUSE was tasked with designing drink tickets for use at and drive attendance for an after party. FUSE built on the initial concept and created a throwback, interactive flipbook with drink tickets at the end of the animation. The experiential flipbook proved to be the most talked about take-away item of the evening.
